Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born November 24 in 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was previously a political candidate, and also a television host at MSNBC, a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and former co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball have announced that they will leave the show in May 2021 and start Breaking Points, a new independent venture that will be hosted by Krystal as well as Saagar. Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has guest starred on programs such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) as well as CNN (CNBC). Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball is able to attribute her enthusiasm for politics to having a mother during 2008's primaries. Also, she watched the US elections while living in Jordan. She saw the effects the election had on the citizens of her home country and was moved to see the international influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's nominee for Congress in Virginia’s 1st district in the year 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She hosted The Cycle, a MSNBC TV show that she hosted from June 2012 until August 2015. She created the People's House Project (a political action committee that is dedicated to Democratic causes) in May of 2017.
